MULTI-PLATINUM SELLING AND GRAMMY®-AWARD-WINNING CASTING CROWNS RELEASES NEW STUDIO ALBUM, HEALER, AVAILABLE NOW

NASHVILLE, TENN. (January 14, 2022) – Today multi-Platinum-selling and GRAMMY® Award-winning group Casting Crowns has released a new studio album, Healer. This album follows the group’s revolutionary 2018 release, Only Jesus, which delivered two No. 1 radio singles along with the RIAA Gold Certification for the title track and RIAA Platinum Certification for “Nobody” to their list of accolades. Writing songs as proclamations of faith is the cornerstone of Casting Crowns’ career, and this new album is no different. Healer, while sonically diverse, drives home one main idea – the need for Jesus the Healer to be the center of our lives, which the title track clearly states.

“The point of this song is that healing is not going to come from the people we’re voting for or the people we’re following on screens,” frontman Mark Hall says. “It’s only going to come from Jesus. He is the Healer.”

Listening through the album, it’s clear the band’s intention is to show that healing comes in many different colors and sizes – and it isn’t always about physical healing but also spiritual healing. Inspired by a story in Mark 2, Hall wrote “Anything But Easy,” a song about bringing our loved ones to Jesus, no matter the obstacle or circumstance.

“The healing we’re praying for in people’s lives, God may be saying, I’m ready to heal their heart, but I’m going to do it through how you love them,” shares Hall. “That’s the question I’m asking myself. Do I love my friend enough to push through the awkwardness or them pushing back and not wanting to hear it, in order for them to have the truth?”

In celebration of their new album, the band is launching a Fan Card, which will allow listeners to see where they rank globally amongst other Casting Crowns listeners. A first of its kind in the Christian genre, listeners can click here or below to create their personalized card. Fans can also check out the album trailer that features stories behind each of the new songs, below. Billboard also featured Casting Crowns this week with a feature interview with Hall, click here to read the interview.

Supporting the new album, Compassion International will present Casting Crowns “The Healer Tour” with We Are Messengers and Jonathan Traylor beginning next month on February 17th. Tickets can be purchased through Casting Crowns’ website

SWITCH DROPS THEIR NEWEST SINGLE AND ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR BETTER VIEW, PART II

14 January 2022 – Nashville, TN – Today, Switch dropped their newest single, “Letting Go,” ahead of the release of their upcoming album, Better View, Part II, out March 11th. The second part of their Better View project follows the fall 2021 EP release of Better View, Part I (Sony Music/Provident’s Essential Worship).

“Letting Go” guides the listener through a raw conversation with God, starting with hard questions and leading to the realization that God is loving and trustworthy. As one of the more worshipful songs on the upcoming album, its chorus sings: “Even with these questions I open up my hands / Come and wreck my plans / While I’m waiting I will worship I trust You’re in control / Come and make me whole, I’m letting go.” You can listen to the song here and view the lyric video below.

The songs found on the upcoming release of Better View, Part II bring a Top 40 sound with a 90’s influence, bridging the gap between pop music and Christian lyrics. As with Better View, Part I, the release and theme of Part II come from the group’s hope that as people listen to the songs, they will gain a better view of God and how much He loves them.

“We wrote this album for anyone who is struggling with questions, but especially for the students and young adults who are part of our church,” the members of Switch share. “They’re the first generation that’s growing up with exposure to unfiltered hardships across the world and social media comparison as a part of everyday life. We wrote these songs to help them navigate these difficulties with a faith perspective.”

GRAMMY®-AWARD-WINNING CASTING CROWNS WILL RELEASE A NEW ALBUM, HEALER, ON JANUARY 14TH
GRAMMY®-AWARD-WINNING CASTING CROWNS WILL RELEASE A NEW ALBUM, HEALER, ON JANUARY 14TH

NASHVILLE, TENN. (DECEMBER 08, 2021) – GRAMMY® Award-winning group Casting Crowns will release their new album, Healer, on January 14, 2022. The pre-order for the new album is available here. The title track for the album is also available now along with the lyric video below. Writing songs as proclamations of faith is the cornerstone of Casting Crowns, and this new album is no different. When the world shut down for the pandemic, frontman and songwriter Mark Hall was faced with the same circumstances as the rest of the world, and he knew he needed to write for the moment. Hall stayed true to his signature straightforward words and wrote from the heart.

“I was walking through the world being shut down, just like everybody else,” shares Mark Hall. “I’ve been a youth pastor for over twenty years and here I was counseling teenagers who’d just lost their senior year, lost their friend groups, felt hopeless for the future. As I started working on this record, I realized all the songs I was writing dealt with healing in some way, something we all need. And more than that, we need a Healer. This whole album is about healing, about how God meets us where we are and what His healing looks like.”

Listening through the album, it’s clear the band’s intention is to show that healing comes in many different colors and sizes. With songs that feel both familiar and brand new, Healer is a scripture-filled push forward, challenging the listener to seek true healing from Jesus, the only Healer we need. Recently Hall spoke with American Songwriter for their November / December issue about the upcoming album, read the interview here

Leading up to the new release, Casting Crowns has released selections from the album including the poignant song “Scars In Heaven” and the powerful anthem “The Power of the Cross.” As a group that has been known to break records, “Scars in Heaven,” broke the global first-day streaming record for a Christian song debut on Amazon Music, received top playlist positioning at all major digital service providers, and was featured on the Digital Billboard on West End Avenue in Nashville.

Currently, the group is on the KLOVE Christmas Tour along with Mac Powell, CAIN, Dante Bowe, and Jordan St. Cyr. The remaining dates can be found here. Supporting the new album, Compassion International presents Casting Crowns “The Healer Tour” with We Are Messengers and Jonathan Traylor in 2022. Tickets will go on sale next Friday, December 17th. Tickets can be purchased through Casting Crowns’ website.

Fans can also bring the sound of Casting Crowns into their living rooms this Christmas season through a special YouTube playlist featuring the band’s entire Christmas catalog in the form of Yule Log videos. The videos have garnered more than 350,000 views in less than one week. See below.

  • LIFE.CHURCH WORSHIP SHARES GLORIA, THEIR FIRST FULL-LENGTH CHRISTMAS PROJECT FEATURING HOLIDAY WORSHIP SONGS FOR THE GLOBAL CHURCH

“We hope this album helps people praise God for who He is, thank Him for the gift of His son Jesus, and worship Him with their whole hearts throughout the Christmas season!”

LIFE.CHURCH WORSHIP SHARES GLORIA, THEIR FIRST FULL-LENGTH CHRISTMAS PROJECT FEATURING HOLIDAY WORSHIP SONGS FOR THE GLOBAL CHURCH;

19 November 2021 – Oklahoma City, OK/Nashville, TN – Life.Church Worship announces the release of their first full-length Christmas album, Gloria. The ten-song project is available now and offers holiday songs ranging from upbeat praise to deeply worshipful while incorporating a special combination of familiar Christmas songs with worship music.

Over the past few years Life.Church Worship has been writing Christmas songs for the church celebrating the birth of Jesus while also tying in their contemporary worship culture, and they knew this was the year to release a full-length album to share the songs and resources while also serving the global Church. Offering an authentic expression of God moving in the lives of the people in the church, whether celebrating victory or acknowledging the brokenness in our lives, each song offers a message of hope. Gloria was recorded live earlier this year at their Edmond Campus.

“This album is entitled Gloria because, with every song, we give glory and honor to God,” the group shares collectively. “In the book of Luke, which tells the Christmas story, we see angels singing ‘Gloria’ as they worship God and announce the birth of Jesus. In the same way, we hope this album helps people praise God for who He is, thank Him for the gift of His son Jesus, and worship Him with their whole hearts throughout the Christmas season.”

They add, “As a collective of worship pastors from Life.Church, we understand the challenges that churches face in bringing fresh, engaging worship sets for Christmas. We worked to incorporate the classic Christmas songs we all know and love while staying true to our contemporary worship style. While we think the global Church will enjoy singing these Christmas arrangements, one of our biggest goals with this album was to support other churches as we all plan for the Christmas season.”

Their uniquely-penned version of “Joy (To The World)” is led by Worship Pastor Dominique McHenry and features Ryan Ellis, singing of the spirit of warmth, togetherness, and joy in the Christmas season. The third track, “Emmanuel,” is an upbeat arrangement of “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” turned into a praise tune in response to the Good News that He has come and features Chandler Moore from Maverick City Music. Worship Leader Stacey Tyler leads “Midwinter,” a song that Life.Church Worship hopes people remember that even in seasons of winter, even in our waiting, we can trust that God is good and He brings life to all things. Be sure to view the performance video of “Joy (To The World)” below and click HERE to find out more about Gloria.

  • CALIFORNIA-BASED WORSHIP LEADER RYAN ELLIS RELEASES EP, EPISODE I

“I would love to be able to empower people wherever they are in life, to take risks and be creative and go deeper in all relationships. That’s my heart behind this EP – to inspire.” – Ryan Ellis

CALIFORNIA-BASED WORSHIP LEADER RYAN ELLIS RELEASES EP, EPISODE I

3 November 2021 – Nashville, TN – Singer, songwriter, and worship leader Ryan Ellis was introduced this past summer as the newest member of the Provident Label Group/Sony Music family with his powerful debut single “Heart of the Father.” The song, which at press time has more than five million streams, continues to be heard on radio stations across the U.S. and is the most-added single this week, vaulting it into the Top 20.

On the heels of its success, PLG announces Ellis’ release of Episode I, his six-song compilation blending worship, pop, and R&B. Available now, Episode I has already received key placements on all major digital service providers. Click HERE to find out more.

Episode 1 tracklisting:

Higher Ground

Heart of the Father

Keep My Eyes Up

Ryan Ellis’s name may be new as a signed artist, but he’s been preparing for this moment his entire life. With songwriting talents that have allowed him to pen songs for Matt Redman, Natalie Grant, Meredith Andrews, Steven Malcolm, House Fires, and more, he also wrote Chris Tomlin’s “Resurrection Power,” earning him a GMA Dove Award nomination and ASCAP’s “Most Performed Song” award in 2018.

Accolade, however, is not the fuel of Ellis’s fire. He shares, “I’m a devoted husband and father first. I have a deep love for Jesus and the way that songs draw people in to experience Him, to be inspired and encouraged, and ultimately to let them know that they are loved. Music is the language that everyone can understand, and it’s all I know how to do.”

Prior to partnering with Provident, the San Diego native spent five years serving in the U.S. Navy, including a tour of duty in Afghanistan, yet his gift for artistry had him singing and dancing since childhood. Honing his skills to becoming a founding member of the original Jabbawockeez hip-hop dance crew, it was when he had a personal encounter with Jesus that his life changed and led him to become the Worship Pastor at Isla Vista Upper Room and overseeing Isla Vista Worship.

He eventually released the EP’s Live from the Upper Room II and Kingdom Glory, and in 2019 he dropped a dual album release Lyfe and Rysponse, both a challenge and invitation to listeners to be candid about the struggle yet stand firm in the truth and promises of God. With millions of online streams and a growing amount of listeners, there is no denying the integrity and sincerity found in the songs of Ryan Ellis isn’t falling on deaf ears. “What I want people to take away from this project is a deep relationship with the Lord,” he says. “I want them to be able to have conversation starters, to be able to jam out in the car but at the same time be thinking about heart stuff. I would love to be able to empower them wherever they are in life, to empower them to take risks and be creative, and go deeper in all relationships. That’s my heart behind this – to inspire.”

Ellis continues to reside in southern California with his wife and two children. He is represented by maddjett. Find out more by visiting RyanEllisMusic.com and check out his bio and his social links below.

  • AWARD-WINNING SIBLING TRIO CAIN RELEASES FIRST-EVER HOLIDAY EP TODAY, WONDERFUL;

CAIN Will Share These Christmas Songs On The K-LOVE Christmas Tour With Casting Crowns, Dante Bowe, And More Before Joining TobyMac’s Hits Deep Tour In The Spring;CAIN Nominated For An American Music Award For The First Time!

29 October 2021 – Franklin, Tenn – It’s been a whirlwind year for CAIN. With breakout back-to-back No. 1 hits “Rise Up (Lazarus)” and “Yes He Can”, both of which are featured on CAIN’s first full-length album Rise Up (Provident Label Group/Sony Music), the sibling trio is now ready to release their first-ever holiday project. Debuting today, Wonderful, the six-song EP features stellar renditions of “(Christmas) Baby Please Come Home,” “Grown-Up Christmas List,” “Celebrate Me Home,” and their own arrangement of “O Come All Ye Faithful.” Also included is “Christmas Is Coming” featuring Mac Powell, who co-wrote the song with CAIN, and the title track with Steven Curtis Chapman, who also penned the song with the trio. Be sure to check out the beautiful performance video of “Wonderful” below.

“Before ‘Rise Up’ or ‘Yes He Can’ ever came to mind, we had this Christmas project on our hearts,” the members of CAIN share collectively. “Our entire childhood was marked by Christmas traditions and family get-togethers that lasted the entire month of December. Our parents taught us three things: love Jesus, love each other, and love Christmas. It was more than a holiday to us. Somewhere in the cookie-making, picking out gifts at the dollar store, dressing up as shepherds, and singing the ’12 Days of Christmas’ into the landline answering machine, a deep belief took root. Christmas is wonderful and that’s what we want to convey with this project: the joy, the nostalgia, the wishing that time could stand still. And especially for those of you experiencing loss and grief this year, Christmas can still be wonderful. We pray that the presence of God will fill the gaps where family once stood.

Just announced yesterday, CAIN – Madison Cain Johnson, Taylor Cain Matz, and Logan Cain – was nominated for their first-ever American Music Award. As the world’s largest fan-voted awards show, be sure to cast your vote below and watch to see who wins when the AMA’s air on ABC Sunday, November 21. They were also nominated as Best New Artist at the 52nd Annual GMA Dove Awards and won their first K-LOVE Fan Award earlier this year for “Breakout Single of the Year” with their debut No. 1 “Rise Up (Lazarus).”

AWARD-WINNING SIBLING TRIO CAIN RELEASES FIRST-EVER HOLIDAY EP TODAY, WONDERFUL;

ABOUT CAIN: The music of CAIN quickly became a mainstay at radio since their debut single “Rise Up (Lazarus)” was released in early 2020. Raised in Hartselle, Alabama as pastor’s kids and now residing in Nashville, CAIN – Madison Cain Johnson, Taylor Cain Matz, and Logan Cain – got their first break opening for Dave Barnes and Andrew Ripp at a show in 2012. A decade later they’ve performed at numerous sold-out dates on Zach Williams’ Rescue Story Tour and are set to join the K-LOVE Christmas Tour in December and TobyMac’s Hits Deep Tour in Spring 2022. Additionally, they’ve hit No. 1 back-to-back at radio with their first two singles, released their first full-length album, and won a K-LOVE Fan Award for Top Breakout Single (“Rise Up (Lazarus).” They were also nominated for Best New Artist of the Year at the 52nd Annual GMA Dove Awards, where they also performed. They have also just been nominated for a 2021 American Music Award (AMA).

It has been said that you if spend five minutes with the members of CAIN you’ll feel like you’ve spent the afternoon in the sunshine. Their joy spills over onto each person they meet, their bright smiles as contagious as their stunning harmonies. Pouring their joy into their debut album Rise Up, CAIN has discovered what it’s like to live their calling while doing their favorite thing – singing about Jesus.
